NiteSweatz Parlays Its Pink Night Shirts into
Support the Susan G. Komen Foundation this October
Atlanta, Georgia…September 7, 2005…Atlanta-based NiteSweatz is tickled pink with its association with the Susan G. Komen Foundation. This October, 10% of the profits of NiteSweatz Night Shirts in Tulip (pink) will go to the Komen Foundation. NiteSweatz is a hip, cool and comfortable sleepwear line made of Intera, a soft thin material with significant wicking properties. Fans include women going through cancer treatments such as chemotherapy, or those who are pregnant, obese, menopausal, or on medications that produce sweating.
Lesley Hatfield, an exercise physiologist and licensed personal trainer, launched the line of sleepwear after hearing her clients of various ages complain of night sweats, and ultimately a night of discomfort. Lesley states, “I am delighted to team with the Komen Foundation and their breast cancer research mission. One of my goals in creating NiteSweatz was to give sleep comfort to women going through cancer treatment. After just one year in business, I am pleased to say that we are furthering that goal with a donation to the Komen Foundation in Atlanta.”
NiteSweatz has been featured in Health and Pregnancy Magazines and on ABC’s The View. Night Shirts are priced at $116 and come in S, M, L, XL, 2X and 3X. To order or for more information, call 1.800.611.0069 or visit www.nitesweatz.com. For more information about the Susan G. Komen Foundation, visit www.komen-atlanta.org.
